Under the provisions of the Property Act, RSNB 1973, c P-19, s 44, and a Deed, number 22190772, and a Mortgage, number 22190814, both registered in the Westmorland County Land Titles Office on June 1, 2006, the following property will be sold at public auction on May 21, 2026, at 10:00 am, local time, at the entrance to the Moncton City Hall, 655 Main Street, Moncton, New Brunswick:
PID 00749531, a property located at 134 Church Street, Moncton, New Brunswick.
The mortgage sale can be postponed without further notice. If a sufficient offer of purchase is not received for the said lands and premises at such a public auction the same may be withdrawn from such sale and will be disposed of by private contract without further notice being given.
